This is 16 inches long and 1 3/4 inches wide in cherry and also offered in
walnut. I set the blade up left or right as they are shipped. The blade is
carbon steel, thin and flexible. VERY SHARP. You just think you got a good
bread knife, until you use this one.
This blade is carbon steel and is prone to rust.
After you have used the knife, wipe the blade
down with mineral oil. Wipe the wood handle with
dry paper towel.
If the blade gets a slight bow in it, loosen the screw with a Philips driver
on the handle end. This is caused by wood movement.
